Sync Times
The sync can run:
- On demand at any time by logging in to Userbus's web portal and clicking
the Run button. Changes are reflected in InformaCast immediately.
- On a schedule that you can adjust in the web portal.
Monitoring, Maintenance, and Support
- Proactive monitoring: Userbus proactively monitors the sync to make sure your Blackbaud data continues being exported to InformaCast.
- Error notifications: Error notifications are optionally sent to your email address.
- Compatibility updates: Userbus updates the sync to ensure compatibility with InformaCast's and Blackbaud's specifications.
Customization
We can customize the sync for you in various ways. For example, you can include other user types, such as users who only have the Coach role. We can also remap the field data we send according to your needs, pulling from custom fields or changing formatting.
