Setup Process

On your school’s end, setup involves:

1. Getting SFTP credentials from Follett.
2. Setting up a scheduled sync.

Userbus will send a detailed setup guide that walks you through each step.

Setup Time

Your setup may take around half an hour. The sync could be ready to use within a few business days. The timing partly depends on your availability and the state of your school’s existing data in Destiny.

Customization
